About the Role

As a part‑time team member, you will support daily operations that keep our spice blends fresh, consistent, and ready for home cooks and professional chefs alike. What You'll Do

• Receive and inspect incoming spice shipments for quality and accuracy
• Assist in measuring, grinding, and blending spices according to established recipes
• Package finished blends into jars, tins, or bulk containers with proper labeling
• Maintain clean and organized workstations, storage areas, and display shelves
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance to customers seeking spice recommendations
• Process sales transactions using the point‑of‑sale system and handle cash or card payments
• Monitor stock levels and notify management when reordering is needed
• Participate in periodic tasting sessions to ensure flavor consistency

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a food‑related retail, specialty shop, or kitchen environment
• Basic understanding of spice varieties, flavor profiles, and common culinary uses
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
