About the Role
This full‑time position provides direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing setting. The role offers an hourly base rate ranging from $31.00 to $36.01, with additional shift differentials of $2.00 to $6.00 per hour based on the shift worked.
What You'll Do
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility protocols.
- Monitor and record vital signs, intake/output, and changes in resident condition.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and mobility.
- Collaborate with registered nurses, therapists, and physicians to implement individualized care plans.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records.
- Provide compassionate support and education to residents and their families.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to all safety and infection‑control standards.
What We're Looking For
- Current, unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Colorado.
- Completion of an accredited practical nursing program.
- Experience in long‑term care, rehabilitation, or a similar clinical setting is preferred.
- Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a patient‑centered approach.
- Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team.
- Reliability, professionalism, and a commitment to maintaining resident dignity and comfort.
