Senior Product Designer

We're hiring a Senior Product Designer at Creative People in New York City, New York to lead design for a modern digital banking platform serving millions across Latin America. You'll shape the financial products that give people genuine access to US dollar accounts where governments restrict it.

Creative People is solving that reality by creating a stablecoin-backed digital dollar account that works like a real neobank—simple, fast, intuitive, and completely accessible to users across Latin America. Our product already powers millions of transactions. As Senior Product Designer, you'll lead the visual and interactive design that makes financial technology genuinely usable for people who've never had reliable access to US dollar savings.

What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end product design for core features, from early-stage exploration through shipped product
• Lead design research and user testing with diverse audiences across different markets
• Create and maintain a cohesive design system that scales across web and mobile platforms
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering partners to solve complex financial product challenges
• Mentor junior designers and establish design standards that ship world-class experiences
• Analyze user behavior and design metrics to drive continuous product refinement
• Present design decisions to stakeholders with clarity and conviction

Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of digital product design experience, ideally in fintech, payments, or consumer financial services
• Fluency in modern design tools (Figma or similar) and proven track record shipping mobile and web products used by millions
• Deep expertise in interaction design, information architecture, and design systems
• Ability to move quickly without sacrificing craft—comfortable prototyping, testing, and iterating under realistic constraints
• Understanding that financial regulation and compliance shape good design rather than hinder it
• Curiosity about emerging technologies and how they solve real human problems
• Clear communication across engineering, product, and business teams
