About This Position

As Regional Campaigns Director, you'll develop and execute advocacy and public engagement campaigns that advance Planned Parenthood's mission of accessible, equitable reproductive health care. You'll work collaboratively with regional affiliates, community partners, and stakeholders to mobilize supporters, amplify our message, and influence policy outcomes. This leadership role requires strategic thinking, strong collaboration skills, and deep commitment to reproductive justice.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement regional campaign strategies that align with organizational priorities and community needs
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple Planned Parenthood affiliates
• Develop messaging, media strategy, and public communications plans for campaigns
• Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, elected officials, and advocacy partners
• Track campaign metrics and performance data to measure effectiveness and inform strategy adjustments
• Manage campaign budgets and allocate resources to maximize impact
• Research policy landscapes and emerging issues affecting reproductive health access
