About the Role

HUGO BOSS is building a premium, tech‑driven fashion platform and seeks a detail‑oriented coordinator to shape the online storytelling that connects customers with the brand’s collections. This position sits at the intersection of content creation, e‑commerce operations, and digital marketing, supporting the brand’s goal to rank among the world’s top 100 global names.

What You'll Do

• Author and edit product descriptions, landing page copy, and blog content that aligns with HUGO BOSS’s voice and seasonal campaigns.
• Collaborate with merchandising, design, and photography teams to ensure assets are uploaded accurately and on schedule to the e‑commerce CMS.
• Implement SEO best practices, including keyword research and meta tag optimization, to improve organic visibility of category and product pages.
• Assist in planning and executing email marketing flows, coordinating timing with promotional calendars and inventory updates.
• Monitor performance metrics such as page views, conversion rates, and bounce rates, delivering insights to refine content strategy.
• Maintain an editorial calendar, tracking deadlines, approvals, and localization needs for US‑market audiences.
• Support A/B testing of copy and layout variations, documenting results and recommending iterative improvements.
• Stay current with fashion trends, competitor content, and emerging digital platforms to inspire fresh approaches.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Proven experience writing e‑commerce or retail copy, preferably for luxury or premium brands.
• Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud) and basic HTML/CSS.
• Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals and Google Analytics.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, coupled with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency.
• Comfort working cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• Passion for fashion and an awareness of current industry trends.
