Crew Team Member

Role Overview

As a Crew Team Member at McDonald's, you'll play an essential role in delivering fast, friendly service and quality food to our customers every day. Core Duties

• Prepare and assemble food items according to McDonald's recipes and food safety standards
• Operate kitchen equipment and maintain a clean, organized work station
• Take customer orders and process payments at the counter or drive-thru
• Deliver exceptional customer service and address guest questions or concerns
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the restaurant, including dining areas and restrooms
• Stock supplies, rotate inventory, and assist with food storage procedures
• Work collaboratively with crew members and managers to meet service targets and productivity goals
• Follow all company policies, health codes, and safety procedures

Requirements

• Minimum 16 years old (or as required by local labor laws)
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation to reach the Hinesville location consistently
• Willingness to learn new skills, follow instructions, and take pride in your work
• Prior food service or restaurant experience is a plus but not required
