Your leadership shapes how transmission and distribution organizations leverage geospatial technology, data analytics, and enterprise architecture to achieve cost effectiveness, revenue assurance, and operational resilience.
What You'll Do
- Direct enterprise GIS implementations and strategy for utility and energy sector clients, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory compliance
- Lead cross-functional teams in designing connected energy platforms that enhance digital customer engagement and streamline operations
- Advise C-level stakeholders on technology roadmaps, investment prioritization, and digital-first approaches to infrastructure modernization
- Drive revenue assurance and customer loyalty initiatives through ArcGIS-powered field service, asset management, and customer experience solutions
- Architect solutions that address critical challenges in transmission and distribution operations, grid modernization, and sustainable energy delivery
- Build and mentor high-performing delivery teams across consulting, engineering, and technology disciplines
What We're Looking For
- 15+ years of industry experience in utilities, energy, or critical infrastructure with demonstrated expertise in ArcGIS, GIS technology, or spatial data platforms
- Proven track record in enterprise software implementation, digital transformation, and customer platform delivery
- Deep knowledge of transmission and distribution operations, grid technology, or utility business models
- Principal-level or director-level consulting, architecture, or delivery leadership experience
- Strong ability to translate complex technical strategy into client value and business outcomes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive and technical audiences
