About the Role
As a full-time Coach at Be Beyond Great Tumbling Studio, you will guide children and teens through tumbling instruction while building their confidence, discipline, and love of movement. This is an on-site position based in Las Vegas, Clark County, ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys mentoring youth and making a meaningful, lasting impact every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead engaging, age-appropriate tumbling sessions for young athletes of varying skill levels.
- Foster a positive, supportive, and motivating atmosphere where every student feels encouraged.
- Help each participant develop their abilities, set goals, and celebrate personal progress.
- Prioritize safety, proper technique, and individual growth throughout every class.
- Build trusting relationships with students and communicate effectively with their families.
Qualifications
- A real passion for working with children and youth in an instructional setting.
- Enthusiasm, patience, and a dedicated, reliable approach to coaching.
