This leadership development program is designed for recent college graduates and former collegiate athletes ready to build a career in financial services with structured mentorship and a demonstrated pathway into management.

About the Role

As a Benefits Consultant, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to working families, helping them navigate life insurance coverage options and employer-sponsored supplemental benefit solutions. You'll work independently in this remote role, managing client relationships and building your book of business while receiving guidance and support from your manager and team.

What You'll Do

• Identify and connect with working professionals and families to understand their insurance and benefits needs
• Present life insurance and supplemental benefit products in clear, accessible language
• Provide personalized recommendations based on each client's financial situation and family goals
• Manage client relationships, follow-ups, and renewals to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Build your client base through relationship management and professional networking
• Participate in ongoing training to develop product expertise and sales skills
• Collaborate with your team to support organization-wide growth objectives

What We're Looking For

• Recent graduate or former athlete with demonstrated work ethic and determination
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Genuine interest in launching a career in financial services and client advisory
• Self-directed and coachable with the ability to work autonomously in a remote environment
• Willingness to learn insurance concepts, financial planning principles, and product details
• Valid driver's license (for occasional in-person client interactions if applicable)
