The Opportunity

This is a full-time, fully remote position designed to build your expertise in consultative sales and client relationship management while fast-tracking you toward leadership advancement. You'll work with working families and individuals to identify and secure appropriate life insurance and supplemental benefit coverage that protects their financial futures. Our proven training infrastructure ensures recent graduates and career-changers develop real professional capability from day one, with mentors invested in your success.

What You'll Do

• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' family situations, financial goals, and protection gaps
• Present tailored life insurance and supplemental benefit solutions that align with individual circumstances and budgets
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional communication, follow-up, and ongoing support
• Manage client documentation, regulatory compliance, and administrative workflows accurately
• Develop your client base through consistent prospecting, referral generation, and relationship cultivation
• Collaborate with your team and leadership on strategy and performance improvements

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or GED with demonstrated ambition also considered
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Genuine interest in helping clients understand financial protection and benefits programs
• Openness to coaching and commitment to mastering our proven systems and processes
• Self-directed work ethic and accountability—remote success requires independence and discipline
• Comfort with CRM platforms and digital productivity tools
• Athletes and former competitive sports participants especially encouraged to apply
