About the Role
As a Virtual Benefits Consultant, you'll serve members of labor unions and associations across your region, providing expert guidance on supplemental benefits and financial protection solutions. This full-time, management-track position focuses on one-on-one consulting with members who have requested information about their benefits options.
What You'll Do
- Meet with qualified members and association representatives who have requested information about benefits
- Consult on supplemental benefits and financial protection programs tailored to individual and family situations
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with members and organization partners
- Present comprehensive benefits solutions and help members understand their options
- Demonstrate leadership potential and guide team development as you progress on the management track
What We're Looking For
- Experience in benefits counseling, consultative sales, or financial services
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex benefits in simple terms
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Ambition to grow into a management or leadership role
