What This Role Involves

This full-time position focuses on developing and maintaining strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors. You'll oversee contract negotiations, performance metrics, and collaboration initiatives that ensure Lumen receives best-in-class products and services. As a Supplier Manager at Lumen, you'll combine strategic sourcing expertise with relationship management to maximize value and drive operational excellence.

What You'll Do

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers while maintaining productive relationships with existing vendors
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to optimize cost and service quality
• Monitor supplier performance against established metrics and service-level agreements
• Collaborate with internal teams to address supply chain challenges and resolve issues promptly
• Analyze market trends and supplier capabilities to identify opportunities for improvement
• Maintain accurate supplier records and documentation for compliance and audit purposes
