CUSTOMER SUCCESS CONSULTANT-INDIRECT

Join Lumen as a Customer Success Consultant-Indirect in Augusta, Kennebec County, helping customers and channel partners succeed with our network solutions. This full-time position focuses on driving customer satisfaction, retention, and business outcomes in the indirect channel.

What This Role Involves

As a Customer Success Consultant-Indirect, you'll be the essential link between Lumen and our channel partners, ensuring customers derive maximum value from our connectivity infrastructure. You'll guide customers through solution adoption, troubleshoot challenges, and identify expansion opportunities while building lasting partnerships that support long-term growth.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Support channel partners in onboarding and implementing Lumen connectivity solutions
• Conduct customer assessments to understand business objectives and technical requirements
• Guide customers through deployment, configuration, and optimization of services
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer questions and escalations
• Monitor customer usage patterns and health metrics to identify expansion or renewal opportunities
• Coordinate with engineering, sales, and support teams to resolve technical and commercial issues
• Maintain detailed documentation and reporting on customer engagement and satisfaction metrics
• Proactively recommend service enhancements and upgrades aligned with customer needs

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, technical support, or related role
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels
• Knowledge of network connectivity, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise technology solutions
• Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and competing priorities independently
• Analytical mindset with comfort using data to drive customer outcomes
• Experience working with indirect sales channels, resellers, or partner organizations preferred
