About the Role

As a Front Desk Clerk at The Ridgeline Hotel, you'll be the welcoming face of our property, managing guest check-ins and check-outs while ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to outstanding service. You'll handle inquiries with professionalism and warmth, provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions, and resolve any guest concerns promptly and courteously.

What You'll Do

• Greet arriving and departing guests with genuine hospitality and enthusiasm
• Process guest registrations, manage room assignments, and collect necessary information accurately
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and address guest questions about rooms and services
• Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it remains organized, clean, and welcoming
• Provide recommendations for dining, activities, and attractions in the Gardiner area
• Assist with special requests and coordinate with hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
• Handle payment transactions and billing inquiries with attention to detail
