About the Role

As a Culinary Administrative Assistant at Lambeau Field, you'll be the backbone of our kitchen coordination efforts. You'll work directly with our culinary team and management to ensure seamless operations, handling the scheduling, documentation, and communication that allows our chefs and kitchen staff to focus on delivering exceptional food service experiences.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate culinary staff schedules and maintain accurate records of hours and assignments
• Support menu planning by tracking recipes, ingredient specifications, and preparation guidelines
• Manage food ordering, inventory tracking, and procurement documentation
• Document dietary restrictions, allergies, and special food requirements for guests and staff
• Process and organize kitchen paperwork, invoices, and daily production reports
• Communicate kitchen needs and updates between culinary staff and management
• Assist with event preparation planning and coordination
• Maintain organized filing systems and digital records for culinary operations
