About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to build a strong foundation in financial services while supporting families in securing their financial futures. You'll represent our organization remotely, working with clients to identify their needs and connect them with the right benefit programs—all with extensive training and mentorship supporting your growth every step of the way.
What You'll Do
- Guide working families through life insurance and supplemental benefit options tailored to their situations
- Build client relationships through consultative conversations and ongoing support
- Develop product knowledge through comprehensive training programs
- Track client interactions and document outcomes accurately
- Grow your network and book of business as you gain experience
- Collaborate with team members and leadership mentors to refine your approach
What We're Looking For
- Recent graduate or former athlete with a drive to grow in a professional setting
- Strong communication skills and genuine interest in helping others
- Coachable mindset and willingness to learn new skills and industry knowledge
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- Reliable, self-motivated professional with strong work ethic
