About the Role
As a Career Coach with TAG HR & Payroll, you'll deliver one-on-one and group career coaching services to clients throughout the Central and West Metro Perth Region, including Waikiki. This full-time position puts you at the heart of meaningful employment support, empowering people to overcome barriers and achieve their professional aspirations.
What You'll Do
- Conduct individual career coaching sessions to identify client strengths, work preferences, and employment goals
- Develop personalized career development plans and action strategies with measurable objectives
- Provide ongoing support and accountability to help clients execute their career objectives
- Collaborate with employers and community partners to identify job opportunities aligned with client capabilities
- Track client progress, document outcomes, and maintain detailed coaching records
- Contribute to a culture of inclusion and evidence-based employment practices
What We're Looking For
- Genuine passion for helping others unlock their career potential
- Strong interpersonal and active listening skills
- Experience in career coaching, employment services, or related counseling roles
- Ability to work independently and manage a client caseload effectively
- Understanding of inclusive employment practices and disability employment support (valued)
- Reliable transport to meet clients throughout the Central and West Metro region
