About the Role
In this full-time position, you'll take on a hands-on HR leadership role, working directly from our Chandler, Maricopa County office. You'll be the bridge between our business and human resources, helping to shape workplace culture, support employee development, and drive HR strategy that aligns with organizational priorities.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with business leaders and department heads to align HR initiatives with company goals
- Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee development programs

- Partner on training and learning initiatives that build team capability and engagement

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline (or equivalent professional experience)
- Demonstrated background in an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or similar strategic HR role
- Strong working knowledge of employment law, HR policies, and workplace best practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal presence
- Ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficiency with HR information systems and workplace technology platforms
- Commitment to ethical HR practices and employee confidentiality
