Fast Pace Health is hiring a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner for our clinic in Spring Mill, Jefferson County. Qualified candidates may receive up to $4,000 relocation assistance.

About the Role

In this position, you'll deliver comprehensive healthcare services to patients across the lifespan as a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner. You'll work collaboratively within our clinical team while maintaining Fast Pace Health's commitment to patient satisfaction and clinical excellence.

What You'll Do

• Conduct patient assessments, diagnose conditions, and determine appropriate treatment approaches
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and clinical studies
• Create and modify patient treatment plans based on clinical findings and evidence
• Manage medications including prescribing and patient education on therapy
• Deliver preventive health services and health maintenance counseling
• Document clinical encounters and maintain detailed, accurate medical records
• Partner with physicians and clinical staff in a team-based care model
• Stay current with clinical technology and adapt to evolving healthcare systems

What We're Looking For

• Active Family Nurse Practitioner license in the required state
• Master's degree in Nursing, Nursing Administration, or equivalent graduate credential
• Valid DEA registration and unrestricted state nursing license
• Strong clinical judgment and patient care skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Collaborative approach to working within a team-oriented setting
• Ability to adapt to changing clinical environments and new technologies
