About the Role
This LPN/RN hiring event invites Licensed Practical Nurses and Registered Nurses to interview in person and learn firsthand what makes Ridgewood Rehabilitation & Living Center in Washington, NC a meaningful place to build a nursing career. Stop by Tuesday, June 30, anytime between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM to speak directly with the people who lead our care teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, skilled nursing care to residents in a rehabilitation and long-term living setting
- Administer medications and treatments in line with each resident's individualized care plan
- Monitor and document patient conditions, reporting changes promptly to the care team
- Partner with physicians, families, and fellow clinicians to support resident health and recovery
- Uphold safety, dignity, and quality standards throughout every shift
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered license as an LPN or RN in the state of North Carolina
- Commitment to full-time work at our Washington, Beaufort County location
- Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and clear communication
- A genuine passion for caring for older adults and rehabilitation patients
