Production Supervisor

What You'll Do

• Supervise and coordinate all production activities and personnel on the production floor
• Motivate and guide production team members to meet and maintain maximum production levels
• Ensure the safety and welfare of all employees and enforce safety protocols
• Monitor and maintain process efficiency and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Oversee product quality and quantity to ensure specifications are consistently met
• Implement cost-control strategies and identify areas for operational savings
• Report production metrics and performance to management
