Working Student – Visual Design / Communication Design(gn), starting at 12h per week, hybrid (Munich)

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential cleantech organization in München that is making a real impact in the sustainability sector. We are seeking a Working Student in Visual Design / Communication Design to join their creative team on a hybrid basis, starting at 12 hours per week.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to meaningful work in the energy transition space while developing your design skills in a professional environment. You'll be creating visual assets across multiple channels and helping to strengthen the brand presence of an innovative company.

Responsibilities

• Create communication materials for web, social media, and print including infographics, layouts, templates, and animations
• Develop visual assets that expand and strengthen the organization's brand identity
• Transform creative briefs and content into production-ready design files
• Work consistently within established brand guidelines while maintaining visual quality
• Deliver clearly defined design tasks with regular output

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Currently enrolled in communication design, graphic design, visual communication, or related field
• Strong visual sensibility for branding and identity systems
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and ideally Photoshop)
• Hands-on approach to executing defined tasks with consistent output
• Genuine interest in energy transition and sustainable technologies
• Ability to work hybrid in München

Nice to Have:

• Experience with motion graphics tools (After Effects, Figma animations)
• Interest in exploring AI-powered creative tools for image generation, asset variation, or workflow automation

Pay

Compensation details will be discussed during the screening process based on your experience level and weekly hours.
