Working Student – Technical Support (m/f/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing healthcare technology company based in Berlin that supports thousands of care facilities across Europe. As they scale their technical operations, our client needs a Working Student to join their Technical Support team and help maintain system reliability for over 1,000 active facilities.

This is a hands-on role where you'll troubleshoot real-world technical issues, debug integrations with healthcare software systems, and contribute to incident response. Responsibilities

• Own technical support cases end-to-end, reproducing and isolating faults across application, network, and integration layers
• Debug integrations and on-premises configurations for German healthcare software systems
• Resolve customer-side IT issues including firewalls, proxies, DNS, and certificate management
• Monitor system health during assigned shifts and participate in incident response activities
• Document recurring issues and contribute to root-cause analysis and runbook development
• Work rotating evening and weekend shifts as part of the support rotation

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled student (Bachelor's or Master's level), ideally in Computer Science or a related field – active enrollment required for Werkstudent contract
• Solid understanding of Windows and Linux fundamentals plus networking basics (firewalls, proxies, DNS, TLS)
• Exposure to observability tools such as Grafana or Sentry, and API/integration debugging is a plus, or strong willingness to learn
• Available for rotating evening and weekend shifts
• Ability to remain calm and communicate clearly under pressure
• German at C2 level and good English proficiency
