ServiceNow Platform Architect

About This Opportunity

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential technology consulting organization seeking a ServiceNow Platform Architect for a 100% remote role based in the United States. This full-time W2 position offers the opportunity to lead platform architecture across multiple ServiceNow modules while driving governance, integration strategy, and long-term scalability for enterprise solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee ServiceNow architecture across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and GRC modules
• Lead architecture reviews, platform governance processes, and release management cycles
• Define CMDB strategy, Discovery implementation, Service Mapping, and data quality standards
• Design and implement integrations using IntegrationHub, MID Servers, REST/SOAP APIs, and event-driven architectures
• Establish platform security frameworks including ACLs, role-based access controls, and governance best practices
• Drive platform performance optimization, scalability improvements, upgrades, and overall health monitoring
• Set standards for workflow automation and Flow Designer while minimizing unnecessary customizations
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions
• Mentor developers and administrators while maintaining comprehensive architecture documentation

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 8+ years of ServiceNow experience with architecture or technical leadership responsibility
• Deep expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting, scoped applications, and platform security
• Proven experience with IntegrationHub, REST APIs, and enterprise system integrations
• ServiceNow CTA, CIS, or CSA certification

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) designation
• Experience with Now Assist, GenAI, or AI-powered ServiceNow capabilities
• Exposure to multi-instance ServiceNow environments
• Integration experience with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, or Workday
• Knowledge of HAM Pro, SAM Pro, or App Engine Studio

Pay via Get A Job.ai: $100,000–$150,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
