CX Associate – German (Voice)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential health and wellness client seeking a German-speaking Customer Experience Associate in Portugal. This is a voice-based customer support role where you'll serve as a critical link between customers and clinical operations. Our client values customer obsession and invests in developing high-performers toward future leadership positions.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone in German and English
• Resolve order issues and product questions across multiple channels including email and social media
• Track shipments and manage backend logistics inquiries
• Update customer information and account details accurately
• Conduct research to support customer requests
• Work closely with your CX Lead to maintain service excellence standards
• Navigate seamlessly between internal systems and live customer conversations

What We're Looking For

• Fluent in German and English with excellent verbal communication skills
• Must be legally resident in Portugal and able to work from Portugal (this role handles EU data)
• Availability to work weekends or split shifts as needed
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks
• Calm under pressure and adaptable to rapidly changing situations
• Resourceful self-learner who can acquire new skills independently
• Customer-focused mindset with empathy and attention to detail
