SPS Programmierer EZA-Regler (m/w/d) – 1KOMMA5° Commercial & Industrial Solution

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential renewable energy organization in Germany. Our client is seeking an SPS Programmer for EZA Controllers to join their commercial and industrial solutions team.

In this role, you will:

• Develop, program (ST according to IEC 61131), and parameterize certified EZA controllers and park controllers for commercial and industrial photovoltaic and storage systems
• Implement complex control concepts including active and reactive power management, Q(U) control, and voltage static at grid connection points according to VDE-AR-N 4110 and 4120
• Connect controllers to grid operator interfaces using remote control technology (IEC 60870-5-101/104, Modbus TCP/RTU) and technically implement Redispatch 2.0 processes
• Provide technical implementation and support for the certification process (system certificate and declaration of conformity) according to FGW guidelines (e.g., TR8) in coordination with certification bodies
• Conduct functional tests and support remote and on-site commissioning (with planned travel of approximately 10–20%) including preparation of system documentation

What We're Looking For

• Completed degree or technician training in electrical engineering, automation technology, energy technology, computer science, or comparable qualification
• Solid experience in PLC programming (ST according to IEC 61131-3) and specifically in the application and programming of EZA controllers and park controllers
• Strong knowledge of industrial communication protocols (remote control technology IEC 60870-5-104, Modbus) and practical insights into Redispatch 2.0
• Basic knowledge of medium and high voltage guidelines (VDE-AR-N 4110/4120, fundamentally 4105) and experience with FGW guidelines (TR3, TR4, TR8)
• Analytical mindset, strong troubleshooting competence in error analysis, and structured working approach
• Strong communication skills for confident interaction with grid operators, certification bodies, and internal teams
• Class B driver's license, willingness to travel as needed for targeted on-site commissioning
• Business-fluent German (C1/C2 level) and very good English skills
