Working Student – Staffing Operations (f/m/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential workforce technology client in Berlin who is scaling their staffing operations team. This working student role sits at the heart of their service delivery, connecting flexible workers with shift-based opportunities across enterprise accounts. You'll be the voice on the phone building relationships, ensuring quality placements, and working directly with an Operations Manager to deliver exceptional staffing outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order staffing: ensure the right workers are matched and booked to the right shifts quickly and reliably
• Screen candidates and monitor ongoing performance to maintain quality standards for enterprise clients
• Serve as the primary telephone and written contact for temporary workers, building trust and maintaining strong relationships
• Collaborate closely with an Operations Manager as the operational interface for delivery and quality on key accounts
• Use daily tools including telephony systems, productivity suites, and internal platforms to coordinate scheduling and communication

What We're Looking For

• Native-level German and good English proficiency
• Strong interpersonal skills and genuine enjoyment of working with people
• Thorough, solution-oriented work style with ability to work independently
• Quick learner who can apply new processes and tools effectively
• Team player comfortable working with multiple digital tools daily
