Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential marketing consultancy based in Hamburg. In this working student role, you will support project management and consulting activities within brand activation and shopper marketing initiatives.

Your day-to-day work includes:

• Supporting the team in steering projects, keeping track of timings and tasks to ensure structured workflows
• Preparing data and information, developing initial assessments and actionable recommendations
• Creating and refining presentations with clear, precise, and visually clean formatting
• Using AI-supported tools to make research, analysis, and content work more efficient, and contributing ideas for process improvement
• Collaborating closely with project teams and supporting internal communication
• Bringing structure to information, quickly familiarizing yourself with new topics, and maintaining overview when multiple projects run in parallel

What We're Looking For

• Current enrollment in a degree program such as business, psychology, statistics, sociology, or a comparable field
• Prior practical experience through an internship or working student position is desirable
• Enjoyment of analytical and structured work, even on complex topics
• Careful, precise, and reliable working style
• Interest in project management and consulting, with willingness to take on new tasks and responsibilities
• Strong command of MS Office; initial experience with AI tools is ideal
• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
• Availability of 15 to 20 hours per week, with flexibility for more hours during semester breaks by arrangement
