Praktikant Finance (m/w/d)

Overview

We are representing a confidential renewable energy organization seeking a Finance Intern (m/f/d) based in Saarbrücken. This internship offers hands-on experience in financial accounting and reporting within a growing international environment. Our client is looking for enrolled students who require a mandatory internship as part of their degree program. The internship duration is 3–4 months, with immediate start available.

Responsibilities

• Active participation in core financial accounting processes
• Support in preparing monthly and annual financial statements
• Assist with account reconciliations and maintaining subsidiary ledgers
• Contribute to financial reporting, data analysis, and management presentations
• Participate in cross-functional finance projects, including process optimization and digitalization initiatives
• Provide general administrative support within the finance department

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable degree program with focus on Finance, Accounting, Controlling, or Tax
• Interest in financial and accounting topics
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Analytical thinking and strong affinity for numbers
• Hands-on mentality, independence, willingness to take responsibility, and team player mindset
• Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
• Must be an enrolled student requiring a mandatory internship for degree completion
