Responsibilities

Our client, a creative agency based in Hamburg, is seeking a Senior Social Media Creative to lead brand presence across social platforms for national and international clients. You'll drive visual strategy and content that truly performs.

• Lead visual direction for brands on social media—from developing social identity to executing stills, video, and motion content
• Conceive and realize creative, platform-specific ideas for campaigns and always-on content
• Direct and execute productions—from quick, pragmatic social formats to more elaborate broadcast accompaniments
• Develop social media guides and template kits for efficient, scalable content production
• Ensure quality and evolve existing design and production standards
• Mentor and develop junior content creators on the team

What We're Looking For

Whether stills or videos, you can present and execute your vision hands-on. You proactively find solutions, drive projects independently to completion, and collaborate closely with your team.

• Multiple years of professional experience in creative and social media environments—ideally in an agency setting
• Strong instinct for brands, culture, social media trends, visual communication, and platform-specific content
• Proficiency with standard design, editing, and content tools—including professional graphic tools beyond Canva
• Experience collaborating with influencers and managing creators
• Experience planning and executing content productions
• Proactive, solution-oriented work style with the drive to move things forward independently
• Team player mentality with enthusiasm for sharing knowledge and developing others
• Fluency in German required for this Hamburg-based role
