Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential marketing and brand activation agency seeking a creative working student to join their team in Hamburg. In this role, you will support the creative team in developing concepts and ideas for brand activation along the entire shopper journey through to point of sale.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the creative team in conceptual development and ideation for retail and point-of-sale activations
• Assisting with visual implementation of concepts, from initial sketches through to presentation-ready layouts
• Preparing presentations and pitch materials with clear, compelling communication of creative ideas
• Utilizing AI-assisted tools for research, moodboards, and initial visual drafts
• Contributing fresh perspectives on how to evolve the creative process
• Collaborating closely with the creative team and consulting departments

What We're Looking For

Our client is seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a creative field such as communication design, graphic design, visual communication, or comparable discipline
• Initial practical experience through internships, working student positions, or comparable projects
• Confident use of standard programs including InDesign and Photoshop
• Enthusiasm for conceptual work and strong instinct for brands, visual language, and design
• Experience with AI tools in the creative process is desirable
• Careful, structured, and reliable working style, even under time pressure
• Very good German language skills, written and spoken
• Availability of 15 to 20 hours per week, with flexibility for additional hours during semester breaks by arrangement
