We are representing a confidential energy services organization based in Bad Salzungen, Thüringen. Our client is seeking a working student (Werkstudent) to join their marketing team with a focus on social media management. This is an excellent opportunity for students pursuing degrees in marketing, communications, or related fields to gain hands-on experience in the energy sector while balancing academic commitments.

Responsibilities

• Support the marketing team in planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms
• Assist with community management and responding to follower interactions
• Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize content performance
• Help develop creative concepts for campaigns and digital initiatives
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather content and stories for social channels
• Support general marketing activities and administrative tasks as needed

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a university program in marketing, communications, media studies, or a related field
• Strong affinity for social media platforms and digital communication
• Creative mindset with an eye for engaging visual and written content
• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
• Basic graphic design skills or willingness to learn (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
• Organized, reliable, and able to work independently
• Team player with good communication skills
