About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential AI research organization seeking an experienced Spreadsheet QA and Workbook Maintenance Evaluator for a remote contract engagement. Our talent team is building a pool of senior professionals to evaluate AI-generated spreadsheet artifacts against rigorous quality standards.
This is a fully remote, contract role available to candidates based in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated spreadsheet artifacts against domain-specific quality rubrics
- Identify factual, aesthetic, and presentation errors across workbooks and data sets
- Provide clear, structured written feedback to improve output quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines
What We're Looking For
Must-Have:
- 5+ years of professional experience in spreadsheet QA or workbook maintenance
- Native or professional fluency in English
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially spreadsheet and presentation tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors in data, formatting, and presentation
Preferred:
- Advanced degree (Master's or higher) from a reputable institution
