Werkstudent*in Strategy / Research (w/m/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential communications agency in Berlin seeking a working student (Werkstudent*in) for strategy and research support. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in brand strategy, consumer insights, and data analysis while studying.

Location: Berlin, Schlesische Straße 26
Type: Working student position (Werkstudent*in)
Duration: Minimum 18 months, immediate start preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct research to identify target-audience insights
• Support development of brand and communication strategies
• Assist in creating customer journey mapping
• Research and evaluate consumer trends and societal developments
• Support planning, execution, and analysis of qualitative and quantitative research projects
• Assist in defining and analyzing brand and campaign KPIs
• Work with tracking data, social listening tools, search volumes, and market research

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in marketing, business psychology, psychology, communications, business administration, or a comparable field
• Strong analytical thinking with ability to synthesize complex topics concisely
• Genuine interest in people, brands, audiences, current events, and especially data
• Comfort working with statistics and various data sources
• Ability to work independently and implement assigned tasks responsibly
• Previous internship experience is a plus but not required
• Fluency in German required for this role
