(Senior) Creator Marketing Coordinator (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential marketing agency seeking a Senior Creator Marketing Coordinator to lead strategic influencer campaigns. In this role, you will:

• Plan, execute, and optimize influencer marketing campaigns focused on performance and brand awareness
• Collaborate closely with key account management to ensure individualized client strategies are executed effectively
• Manage projects end-to-end, including weekly client updates, meeting preparation and facilitation, and development of long-term client retention initiatives
• Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify trends and derive strategic recommendations
• Oversee budget and margin management, controlling costs and ensuring economic efficiency across campaigns
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients, creators, and internal teams to guarantee seamless campaign execution
• Manage paid media campaigns on platforms such as Meta and TikTok to maximize campaign performance

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, project management, or a comparable position
• Excellent communication skills with strong instincts for managing relationships with clients, creators, and stakeholders
• Proven experience in budget management and process optimization for efficient campaign execution
• Deep understanding of social media, influencer marketing, and paid media, ideally with hands-on experience managing paid campaigns
• High level of diplomacy and tact to skillfully manage competing interests
• Team player mentality with a hands-on approach, strong initiative, and genuine passion for the creator ecosystem
• Fluency in German and English required
• Based in or willing to relocate to Berlin
