Werkstudent:in – Social Media & Content Creator Marketing (w/m/d)

About This Opportunity

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential online gaming client in Germany. They're seeking a working student to help bring their brand to life across social media platforms and manage creator partnerships. You'll collaborate closely with social media managers, production teams, and performance marketing specialists while taking ownership of creative, organizational, and operational tasks—from content planning and publishing to influencer relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Support sourcing, outreach, and onboarding of influencers and content creators
• Manage administrative documentation including NDAs, cost estimates, and contracts
• Coordinate and communicate with influencers before and after productions (scheduling, briefings, material delivery, feedback loops)
• Assist with influencer briefings and campaign materials
• Support development of organic content formats
• Plan, manage projects, and publish social media content
• Write captions for social media posts
• Monitor and report on social media and influencer activities
• Optional: Create content as an on-camera talent

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled student with fluent German language skills
• Passionate about social media, creator content, and current platform trends
• Self-starter who works proactively and finds pragmatic solutions
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong, professional communicator—especially when working with influencers and external partners
• Creative mindset with enthusiasm for contributing new ideas and developing existing formats
• Basic understanding of social media metrics
• Prior experience with social media management, creator marketing, or tools like Meta Business Suite or TikTok is a plus but not required
• On-camera content creation experience would be a nice-to-have
