Specialist, Investigator Grants

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential clinical research organization with a global footprint. Our talent team is seeking a Specialist, Investigator Grants to join their operations in Argentina. This role supports the financial planning and delivery of investigator site budgets across clinical trial portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain investigator grant forecasts and exports during bidding and study template phases
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of investigator grant deliverables
• Support the creation and maintenance of processes, policies, and standard operating procedures related to investigator grants
• Collaborate with commercial operations, project management, site activation, and clinical teams on forecasting strategies and risk mitigation
• Review clinical study protocols to develop costing strategies for protocol-driven expenses
• Analyze study budgets and participate in commercial operations activities
• Provide guidance on global industry benchmarks, fair market value considerations, and regulatory compliance

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration, law, science, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience forecasting investigator grants in the biopharmaceutical or clinical research industry
• Knowledge of global industry benchmarks, fair market value principles, ICH and GCP guidelines, and local regulatory requirements
• Experience reviewing and interpreting study protocols, budgets, and technical or legal documents related to investigator grants
• Proven expertise with investigator grant software platforms (GrantPlan, Grants Manager, or similar tools preferred)
• Strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, including negotiation abilities
• Proficiency with spreadsheet and document applications
