Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential foodtech client in München seeking a working student to support their recruiting and people operations. In this role, you will identify and attract top talent while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Actively sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and other professional networks
• Taking ownership of specific job openings from initial interview through offer stage
• Independently conducting and coordinating interviews with candidates
• Evaluating applicants against clearly defined role requirements in a structured manner
• Delivering an exceptional candidate experience and positive impression at every touchpoint
• Providing timely, empathetic, and transparent feedback to all applicants

What We're Looking For

Must-have qualifications:

• Current enrollment at a university or college (fields such as Business Administration, Business Psychology, Personnel Management, Human Resource Management, or comparable programs)
• Initial practical experience in recruiting or HR functions
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English
• Proactive, creative, and solution-oriented working style
• Independent and highly structured approach to work

Nice to have:

• Prior experience with active sourcing techniques or conducting interviews
