Werkstudent:in Online Services (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential event technology company that specializes in digital platforms for international scientific conferences. Our client is seeking a working student to join their online services team in Berlin.

This is a student position (Werkstudent:in) offering hands-on project management experience in the medical conference sector. You'll work closely with project managers to plan and execute digital congress projects, with the opportunity to travel to live events and grow into a full-time project management role after graduation.

Responsibilities

• Support the team in planning and implementing digital platform and SaaS projects, progressively taking ownership of task packages through to go-live
• Contribute to AI-supported features and new digital solutions, working in an AI-first environment with modern tools
• Assist in client support, prepare project structures, and participate in ongoing project operations
• Coordinate between development, UX/design, support, sales, and external partners to drive projects forward
• Provide on-site support at selected international conferences, assisting with check-in, badge printing, and digital services during live operations
• Work with project and collaboration tools including task management platforms and Microsoft 365
• Maintain transparent documentation of tasks and progress

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Currently enrolled university student (any field of study)
• Interest in event management, ideally with exposure to SaaS platforms, online products, or web services
• Confident use of digital tools for planning, documentation, and communication
• Willingness to travel and experience events on-site
• Good communication skills in both German and English
• High level of self-organization and structured working approach, even in dynamic project phases
• Results-oriented mindset with strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving abilities
• Enthusiasm for interdisciplinary collaboration and international client interaction
• Availability to travel within Germany and Europe
• Availability for 20 hours per week during term time, with flexibility for more hours during semester breaks
