Werkstudent*in im HR (w/m/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential entertainment and events client in Berlin who is looking for a working student to support their HR team. In this role, you will:

• Support recruitment and applicant management by drafting job postings, publishing them on job platforms, and coordinating interviews from scheduling through to candidate communication
• Review applications, schedule interviews, and maintain contact with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Act as an onboarding coordinator, ensuring new hires feel welcome from day one and have everything they need to succeed
• Handle HR administration including maintaining employee data, preparing contracts, references, and other documentation
• Contribute to HR projects such as process optimization and new initiatives
• Keep HR databases and reports current and accurate
• Research the latest HR marketing trends and help implement them in collaboration with the marketing team

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled student, ideally in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to set priorities and maintain overview of multiple tasks
• Excellent communication skills in written and verbal formats, with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Genuine interest in recruiting and onboarding topics
• Previous HR experience is a strong plus
• Comfortable working with GSuite products
• Precise, structured, and detail-oriented working style, especially for administrative tasks
• German language proficiency required for this Berlin-based role
