About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential renewable energy technology organization that is building integrated systems for sustainable power management. Our talent team is seeking a working student to support office operations and team culture at their Nürnberg location.

This role combines hands-on office management with employee experience initiatives. You'll help shape a new workspace, coordinate onboarding processes, and create an environment where teams can do their best work. Responsibilities

• Support the setup and design of new office space in Nürnberg, including showroom development
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including workstation preparation and hardware provisioning
• Manage daily office operations: mail handling, vendor coordination, and administrative support for the people operations team
• Organize team events on a regular basis
• Help create a positive, welcoming atmosphere for on-site employees

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled at a German university with at least two semesters remaining
• Available 15–20 hours per week during term (up to 40 hours during semester breaks)
• Previous experience through working student positions, internships, or part-time roles in office, events, HR, or service environments is advantageous
• Reliable, well-organized approach with a hands-on mentality
• Strong communication skills and ability to stay organized when managing multiple priorities
• Highly motivated to work on-site regularly
• Excellent German language skills required; English proficiency is a plus
