About This Opportunity
Our talent team is representing a confidential mobile gaming publisher in their search for a Producer to join an established internal studio in Paris. This is a chance to work on a high-potential midcore title that has already demonstrated strong early traction and is being scaled for mass-market success.
You'll be part of a dedicated, agile team focused on refining proven core mechanics and building an exceptional player experience. This role offers the unique combination of working on a project with established momentum while still having significant impact on its strategic direction.
Responsibilities
- Define project scope, create development schedules, and track progress against milestones
- Drive resource allocation decisions within the studio and mitigate risks proactively
- Champion the game vision and ensure alignment across multidisciplinary teams
- Oversee quality assurance processes and provide actionable feedback on gameplay and player experience
- Establish and refine development workflows to optimize production efficiency
- Identify bottlenecks in the development pipeline and implement solutions
- Drive best practices across production processes
- Contribute to strategic decisions alongside senior leadership
What We're Looking For
- Master's degree from a top engineering or business school (Programme Grande Ecole)
- 1-2 years of experience in video games, consulting, strategy, or operations
- Strong communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex information for diverse stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial mindset with resilience and energy to navigate challenges
- Ability to motivate teams through both successes and setbacks
- Fluency in both English and French (required)
- Passion for mobile gaming and creating experiences that entertain millions
