Werkstudent*in Finance Projects & Systems (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential telecommunications client seeking a working student to support finance projects and systems. In this role, you will contribute to demanding finance initiatives and gain hands-on experience in an ERP environment.

Depending on your interests and skills, you will take on both operational tasks in the ERP system and project management activities. Our talent team will work with you to identify assignments that match your capabilities and support your professional development.

Your responsibilities include:

• Supporting the team in implementing strategic finance projects, including system development initiatives
• Independent work in ERP system administration, particularly user management, master data management, and process documentation
• Supporting coordination and communication with key users in departments such as accounting, controlling, procurement, and treasury
• Liaising with external implementation partners as needed

What We're Looking For

You are currently enrolled and ideally studying business administration, business informatics, economics, or a comparable program. You have a genuine interest in financial processes, digitalization, AI transformation, and modern ERP systems.

You have gained initial practical experience through internships, working student positions, or university projects. You work carefully, in a structured manner, and reliably.

You possess a fundamental understanding of technical, organizational, and financial processes in a corporate environment and want to deepen this knowledge through finance projects and ERP-related topics.

You are confident using standard office applications and have strong German and English skills, both written and spoken.

You enjoy working in a team, demonstrate a high degree of initiative and solution orientation, and quickly grasp new topics to manage them independently.
