(Senior) Partnerships Manager DACH (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential beauty and lifestyle organization seeking a Senior Partnerships Manager for the DACH region based in München. In this role, you will:

• Identify and acquire high-performance partners primarily on a commission basis, including affiliate and influencer partnerships across multiple platforms
• Lead complex contract negotiations and ensure precise campaign briefings
• Manage cross-channel partnerships end-to-end while serving as a mentor and subject matter expert for team members on operational execution
• Strategically expand the existing partner network and cultivate long-term key relationships to drive brand loyalty
• Monitor and conduct in-depth analysis of relevant KPIs, developing data-driven recommendations to optimize budgets and make strategic decisions about partnership continuation or scaling
• Drive channel growth with a hands-on approach and contribute innovative ideas to the global marketing strategy

What We're Looking For

• 2-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing and influencer marketing, ideally within D2C, beauty, or lifestyle sectors
• Completed degree or comparable training in Marketing, Communications, or Business
• Fluent German and English; Dutch language skills are a plus
• Genuine passion for beauty topics and active personal use of social media platforms
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage parallel multi-country campaigns simultaneously
• Excellent communication abilities, negotiation skills, and a proactive hands-on mentality
• Data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
