Werkstudent Technical Operations (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential client in the e-mobility sector, and we're seeking a working student to support their technical operations team in Munich. In this role, you will:

• Analyze, reconcile, and perform quality checks on technical data from multiple internal systems and external partner platforms
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in meter readings, contract data, and operational records
• Process, structure, and visualize large datasets and workflow statuses
• Maintain and develop data queries in Salesforce, backend systems, and SQL databases
• Document findings and contribute to continuous improvement of data quality processes
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to correct incomplete or erroneous datasets

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled student with interest in technology, processes, and sustainable mobility
• Analytical mindset with structured and reliable working methods
• Enthusiasm for problem-solving and taking ownership of responsibilities
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
• Excellent German language skills (C1 level required)
• Available to work on-site in Munich
