Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential IT consultancy firm seeking a Senior Consultant to shape digital transformation in the social insurance sector. In this role, you will guide clients from initial concept through successful implementation, analyzing business processes and developing practical solutions for modern administrative and service delivery processes.

Your responsibilities include:

• Supporting social insurance organizations with digitalization and modernization of their administrative processes, from strategic planning to implementation
• Analyzing existing processes, identifying optimization opportunities, and developing sustainable solutions in collaboration with clients
• Capturing, structuring, and evaluating complex requirements from administrative and social insurance contexts, translating regulatory and organizational requirements into practical concepts
• Coordinating between clients, service partners, and internal teams, serving as a trusted point of contact for all project participants
• Managing digitalization and transformation projects, working closely with development teams to implement technical solutions while monitoring timelines, dependencies, and deliverables
• Planning, facilitating, and documenting workshops, technical discussions, and coordination meetings with clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Representing technical topics in committees and working groups while supporting sustainable knowledge transfer

• Ability to present complex matters clearly and understandably
• Skill in bringing together different interests and developing viable solutions
• Capability to independently develop practice-oriented solutions and evaluate complex requirements from regulated administrative contexts
• Willingness to collaborate closely with development teams during implementation
• Commitment to building sustainable client relationships and professional networks
• Willingness to travel and work on-site with clients and service partners
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German

Desirable qualifications:

• Understanding of workflow systems
• Project experience in social insurance, public sector, or comparable regulated organizations
• Knowledge of processes and structures in social insurance or public administration
• Experience with ECM/DMS systems
• Experience working with associations, carrier organizations, or institutional stakeholders
