Werkstudent (m/w/d) RevOps / Sales Operations – voll remote

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential education organization in Germany that is building out its revenue operations and sales infrastructure. This is a remote working student position (20 hours per week) where you'll contribute to real projects with visible impact—not just theoretical exercises.

Our client is scaling their digital presence and needs hands-on support with data management, marketing optimization, and operational efficiency. You'll start with core operational tasks and have the opportunity to grow into technical projects based on your interests and capacity.

Responsibilities

Core responsibilities (from day one):

• Maintain, clean, and update contact, company, and deal records in HubSpot
• Support email campaign optimization, including A/B testing of subject lines, content, and calls-to-action
• Assist with lead qualification and outreach activities as capacity allows

Growth opportunities after onboarding (based on interest):

• Website development: build landing pages, optimize load times, improve SEO fundamentals and conversion rates
• Automation: connect tools and systems, automate recurring workflows using AI tools and low-code platforms
• Data operations: ensure clean data flows, create dashboards and reports for marketing and advisory teams
• Independent projects: identify technical improvements, propose solutions, and implement them with autonomy

What We're Looking For

Essential skills:

• Quick learner with structured, detail-oriented work habits
• Self-sufficient problem-solver who can leverage documentation and help resources independently
• Reliable execution of repetitive tasks with excellent attention to detail
• Proactive mindset—you question processes and identify efficiency gains and resource waste
• Willingness to balance strategic thinking with necessary operational work
• Interest in marketing creativity; experience not required, but you enjoy testing and improving copy and campaigns
• Strong communication skills; ideally some experience or interest in phone-based customer contact
• Excellent German language proficiency (team and content are German-language)

Nice to have for future technical responsibilities:

• HTML, CSS, API knowledge
• Experience with automation platforms (Zapier, Make)
• Familiarity with AI tools or SEO practices
