Responsibilities

• Independently manage and strategically develop Google Ads accounts with full ownership
• Design and implement scalable search engine advertising strategies aligned with defined performance targets
• Conduct continuous analysis, optimization, and strategic allocation of marketing budgets
• Identify and execute growth opportunities, testing initiatives, and automation potential
• Leverage AI tools for campaign analysis, research, optimization, reporting, and workflow efficiency
• Proactively advance Google Ads strategies, processes, and best practices across the organization

What We're Looking For

• Several years of professional experience in performance marketing with a focus on Google Ads
• Deep expertise in Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and YouTube campaigns
• Proven track record of independently managing and scaling complex advertising accounts
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tracking, attribution, and performance KPIs
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools for analysis, optimization, automation, and workflow enhancement
• High degree of personal responsibility, strategic thinking, and autonomous decision-making capability
• German language proficiency required for this Germany-based remote position
