Senior Fullstack Engineer (all genders)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential mobility-tech client seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join their team in München. In this role, you will:

• Design, build, and ship features across backend, web, and mobile platforms that serve daily users across Europe
• Own projects end-to-end from discovery and technical design through rollout and continuous improvement
• Work with product managers and designers to deliver high-impact features across the full technology stack
• Make pragmatic technical decisions that balance customer needs with business impact
• Elevate engineering standards through code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing
• Contribute to platform quality, reliability, performance, and security improvements

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a proven track record of shipping fullstack products
• Strong experience across both frontend and backend development (JVM languages, TypeScript, and cloud infrastructure)
• Familiarity with Kotlin, React, React Native, and AWS is valued; equivalent modern stack experience is welcome
• Product-oriented mindset with ability to stay close to users and make thoughtful trade-offs based on feedback
• Commitment to engineering quality including testing, observability, and maintainability practices
• Comfort using AI tools daily for ideation, prototyping, and problem-solving
• Clear communication skills in English; German language skills are a plus
• Experience in B2B SaaS, energy sector, or mobility is beneficial but not required

Location: München, Germany. On-site presence required at least three days per week.

Pay

Compensation details will be discussed during the screening process based on your experience level and our client's budget for this position.
