Werkstudent (m/w/d) – Finance & Beratung (unternehmerisch, leistungsbasiert)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential financial services organization seeking a working student to support their advisory and finance operations. This is a performance-oriented role with clear progression toward a structured trainee program.

In your initial weeks, you will focus on building a strong foundation:

• Schedule client appointments through phone outreach, networking, and provided leads to build a clean pipeline
• Learn conversation frameworks, needs assessment techniques, follow-up procedures, and documentation standards
• Work with performance metrics, receive regular feedback, and systematically improve your results

As you progress, your responsibilities will expand:

• Support analysis of client situations and prepare structured advisory materials
• Participate in client conversations based on your development stage and manage follow-up communications
• Maintain clean processes with consistent documentation and ensure reliability across all touchpoints
• Collaborate closely with a high-performing team and take ownership of assigned work packages

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Currently enrolled at a university or Fachhochschule
• German language proficiency at C1 level or higher (spoken and written) – training, team communication, and professional certification pathways are conducted entirely in German
• Strong communication skills with reliability and accountability
• Self-starter mentality with structured working methods
• Motivation to work in a performance-based environment with measurable outcomes

Valued experience:

• Previous exposure to sales, customer service, consulting, or competitive/performance-driven environments

This role is not suitable if:

• You are seeking a typical few-hours-per-week student position
• You prefer to avoid phone-based appointment setting
• Your German proficiency is below C1
• You prioritize stability over development opportunities
